How do I restore my purchases?

Open the game and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, choose Brick Wall and tap Cancel. You can also tap "Manage Subscription" in the game.

Will my progress be kept if I switch phones?

Game progress is stored on your device, so it does not move to a new phone automatically. Your purchases are not lost: restore them on the new device through the App Store using Settings → Restore Purchases.

How do I change my ad consent?

In the game, open Settings → Privacy Settings. You can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
